Interview with Kazinform on Kazakhstan’s New Constitution
I shared my assessment with Kazinform, the official news agency of the TV and Radio Complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regarding Kazakhstan’s new Constitution, which was adopted through a nationwide referendum and has entered into force. During the interview, we discussed the potential impact of the constitutional reform on Kazakhstan’s institutional structure, democratic transformation process, and regional role.
